Pin Numbers
The Wake County Intranet site for CEU credit
Effective August 6, 2002, all employee pin numbers in the electronic registration system will be preset to the last four digits of their social security number. This includes even those employees who set their pin numbers last year. This will help cut down the volume of employees who can not remember their pin number and enable those employees who never set their pin number to access registration via the web and the telephone. For more information on the electronic registration system, visit the intranet site at : www2.wcpss.net/departments/staffdevelopment.
Directions to register
1. Go to: http://ero.eschoolsolutions.com.
2. Select the red "Log On" button located at the top.
3. Type in Organization ID: 42358
User ID: your full Social Security number (digits only)
PIN: the last 4 digits of your Social Security #
4. Select the My Profile tab. Please update/change any incorrect information. If the area will NOT let you change the information then it is a Human Resources issue. You must email Melissa Christmas at staffdevelopment@wcpss.net with the correct information and she will make the changes.
5. Select the Course Catalog tab.
6. Enter your desired course # (see below) in the Course box and select "Search".
7. Scroll to the bottom of the page. You will see it. Select "register" to the left of the title.
8. This will pull up the page that describes the course. Scroll down and you will see a green "register" button to the left. Select that button and you should get an immediate response that you are registered.

Go to the course catalog and enter ART51602 as course code.
