Scrap box needs

Spring 2008 requires more materials because we have so many advanced students and a brand new painting elective. Please bring items to the art room 405 anytime between 7am 4:00 pm. If we can't use it, we'll either find someone who can or recycle when possible.
Store Bought Wish List:
Box of tissues (I prefer square boxes but welcome anything)
Large thing of softsoap or Gojo
Large container of lotion
Dish washing detergent
Band-aids
Latex gloves
Hammers, pliers, wire cutters - any kind of tools like this.
Your Trash/ Our Treasure Wish List:
Mason jars, pickle jars, and other containers with lids.
Metal cat food, tuna, or tea light containers for encaustic painting.
Old tee shirts for rags
Leftover or broken ceramic tile or tools
Scrap Plexiglas
Wire- different gauges and colors.
Fishing line for hanging artwork
Foam core from tri-fold panel projects and large sheets of cardboard for backing artwork
Old bones and animal skulls.
Old coffee table art books
Sequins, pearls, glitter, random crafty stuff, etc.
Electric skillets and warming plates
Panty hose and knee highs.
Anything you have 30 of...we can probably find a use for!
And of course, art supplies- old broken crayons, leftover dye, pencils, paint, etc.
